ALLGOURMET is the commercial designation of the physical store and online store of the company Escolha Mourisca Unipessoal Lda., legal person 515664715, headquartered at Rua Maria Campina, 3, 8100-604 Loulé. The ALLGOURMET physical store is located at Rua Maria Campina 32A, 8100-604 Loulé, and the online store at, which from now on will be called ALLGOURMET.


Product Policy

ALLGOURMET offers you a wide range of Portuguese products of extreme quality and the most recognized brands nationally and internationally.

Due to the fact that we sell food products, we recommend that you always carefully read the nutritional information, list of ingredients, recommendations for use, preparation and/or conservation, as well as all mandatory and/or voluntary information about a food product. before using or consuming it.​


Pricing Policy

The price of products sold by ALLGOURMET is indicated and charged in euros (€) and includes VAT rates in force, according to Portuguese legislation. The established prices, except for typographical errors, publication errors or stock outs, are valid only for the VINERIA online store and for the day on which they are announced. Prices and specifications subject to change without notice.​ However, once the order is confirmed, the prices confirmed at purchase will remain unchanged despite the price update on the website.

Shipping costs are added to the total price, where applicable.


Payment methods

All payments through the ALLGOURMET website are safe and secure. ALLGOURMET will only proceed with the shipment of the order after verification and confirmation of payment.


Disruptions policy

Your orders are physically fulfilled by the ALLGOURMET store. Thus, your orders will be subject to the availability of the products purchased when they are picked up at the store. However, the effort is made to ensure that all items available for purchase on the site are also available in stock.

Missing items will not be invoiced. In such cases, ALLGOURMET is responsible and will reimburse the customer for the amount paid for these missing items.



The delivery of products purchased from the ALLGOURMET online store will be carried out by an express shipping company. Delivery times in Portugal are normally configured for a maximum of 7 working days after confirmation and payment of the order (weekends and holidays are not considered working days). However, there may be variations depending on the specific circumstances of each order, such as: availability of the selected item(s), the mail delivery area, holiday dates and promotional events.

The delivery address used will be the one defined by the customer during the registration process on the website. If the customer wants delivery to a different address, this information must be added during online purchase in the specific area. Incorrect addresses are the sole responsibility of the customer and may lead to additional re-issuance and shipping costs that will only occur after the necessary payments have been issued.
